We specialize in the microsoldering repair of MacBooks and iPhones, but offer other in demand services. This includes water damaged circuit boards, PC components, GPUs, motherboards, and more.

For microsoldering jobs, we have a bench fee of $55. This fee includes the diagnostic and identification of the problem.

If we are unable to identify the problem, we offer no charge. If we can identify the problem, but are unable to fix it, the fee applies. If we are able to identify the problem, and are able to fix it, we build the bench fee into the quoted repair price.

Repair times can vary widely with this type of repair and encourage patience.

We will always aim to retain all data when attempting repairs and will only format or erase drives when necessary and with permission. It is important to always back up your information, especially prior to proceeding with any repair work.

We cooperate with other technicians based in BC/Canada who specialize in specific problems and models. If we know a technician who can work on your repair, we will facilitate the shipment and repair of your device to them with your permission.

Most repairs can take a day or two, while others can take up to a month or longer. This is entirely dependent on the a) complexity of the problem, b) availability of parts/donor boards, and c) severity of the damage.
