Repairs vary based on the issue. Some are very quick, others can take a significant time to work through.
We quote based on what we can initially diagnose based on your description of the problem and any obvious visual signs.
Beyond this, we will call and update you on additional repairs if needed before we go ahead and proceed.
If the device is deemed irreparable, we will only charge a bench fee. Some issues we will take on a no fix, no charge basis but this is only when dealing with unknown or rare issues.

If you have existing warranty with Apple, we recommend going through their warranty service for any work. This includes AppleCare.
If you do not have warranty, or it does not cover the problem you are facing, our services are substantially less expensive than through Apple directly.
